I’m a Certified Master Life and Leadership Coach.  I split my time between London and South Africa and work with incredible humans around the world. 

My passion for meaningful connections and relationships is at the core of everything I do.

Since childhood I have been curious about human potential and the possibility of living an impactful life that feels alive and joyful at the same time.  I have found that by tapping into our inner knowing and wisdom and harnessing our gifts, strengths, mindset, and true nature, we can create such a life. 

I help my clients to ignite their soul purpose.  This is where their superpowers live and from where clear and inspired action can take place.

A bit more about my background and interests

I gained decades of valuable experience designing and delivering change and people strategies for large global organisations, all of which added to my interest, experience and understanding of personal growth and human potential.  I found myself drawn to the life-changing world of coaching, where I use my bespoke approach to make a real difference. 

I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and Vancouver, Canada.  I earned a B. Bus. Science at the University of Cape Town, where I played volleyball for the university.  I met my husband in South Africa after graduating from UCT and ended up travelling and working for large global organisations in South Africa, the US and Sweden, before settling in London.

In my spare time I love to be with family and friends, in nature, travelling, going on adventures, drinking great coffee, sitting around campfires and enjoying uplifting conversation.  I have two gorgeous adult children and I love watching them forge their own paths in life.
