How it started …

My dream …

Since my early childhood, I have enjoyed adventures in the African bush, and some of my earliest and fondest memories are of these incredible family holidays.

When I started my own family, one of my goals was to share this experience with our children, and bush holidays have been a regular part of their life’s adventure since they were small.  They are now not so small and still long to be in the bush! 

The great news is that the magic is never lost, and with each new visit we are left with fresh awe and wonder.

The inspiration for the Indlovu Coaching Retreat came from recognising that my desire to support my clients with lasting transformation connected with my other interests. I combined my professional experiences and practices with being in the bush, adventure, in-person connections and personal transformation.  The ideas kept flowing and the first Indlovu Coaching Retreat was held after almost a year of research, design and preparation, and a lifetime of experiences.

What is the retreat?

The seven-day experiential coaching retreat in the magical bush of South Africa is a powerful and transformative adventure. It is made up of intentionally crafted and inter-woven elements, activities and experiences, to provide a unique and powerful opportunity for transformation. The retreat is wrapped in the container of the bush, which provides a natural environment for refection, meditation and learning.

I witness my clients emerging from the journey with a fresh and somewhat indescribable way of looking at themselves, other people, nature, and the world.  By the end of the retreat they look and feel more lit up, purposeful and excited to return to their lives with a renewed sense of awareness, purpose, inspired action and joy.

The retreat brings everything together for a transformational adventure like no other. It is not something that can be watched on Netflix or read about in a magazine or book. It is a multi-sensory and embodied experience and it’s impossible to feel the same after this life-changing opportunity.
